LectroLips – ‘Take The House’

Things have well and truly got real y’all, and it’s all down to our very own favourite unsigned duo LectroLips. They premiered their latest track, ‘Take The House, only the other day, and it’s bound to cause a little bit of a stir as it unleashes a modern electronic jam worthy of anyone’s listening pleasure.

We’ve enjoyed watching LectroLips come on leaps and bounds in recent months. Coming across them in February, it didn’t take us long to find a loving place in our hearts for their rather unusual style of electronic pop music – something which isn’t a bad thing, but something that the industry’s been crying out for; and LectroLips certainly have the answer.

Leo Tarring and Antony Edwards have an impressive knack for creating a catchy pop tune or two, and whilst they remain under the radar in terms of overwhelming blog and press coverage, we maintain that it’s only a matter of time before their popularity explodes – just remember where y’all heard them first.

‘WHAT WE CAME FOR’

It’s without a doubt that LectroLips have come a long way since our initial love affair with their track What We Came For (above) in February. They recently unveiled a brand new track in September entitled Nerdy Frames – again highlighting not only the pair’s obvious talents, but also a clear musical diversity in their sound and style – something even the best struggle to master.

LectroLips unveiled their latest offering, Take The House, last week. Immaculately produced with some of the best vocal autotune effects we’ve ever heard, the track provides a catchy dance-floor filler perfectly crafted for all you night owls out there looking for a good time.

Take The House will be released on December 24th, and is available as a free download here.

The track is available to stream in full below – it’ll be the best 3 minutes, 50 seconds you endure all week:
